I heard a 59txi not too long ago driving Sonus Faber Grand Pianos... sounded pretty damn good, actually. I also think that Pioneer's internal D/A must be pretty good. A Denon 2900 was driving it's digital input, and it SMOKED the Denon's analog outputs in direct comparison, IMO. You might be pleasantly surprised!Cheers
