Joe, the problem with the AVS forums is everyone is already in their camp - eg. Samsung owners, Sony owners, etc.For someone sitting on the fence and hoping to buy a TV after the holidays, it's rather difficult to make a choice. So far, I only know I want LCOS technology.
The JVC guys are wetting their pants over the new LCOS but I can't figure out why - maybe price? LG has been promising but never delivering LCOS for more than a year. Should we wait until '07 for LG ?
