Which Flat panel TV's have Fans?.................

I have heard that some Plasma TVs have Fans to cool them - True? - A friend of mine recently bought a Set and was irritated by the fan noise.
I currently have a Samsung 32 inch LCD - No fan Quiet! - I am considering getting a 42 inch Plasma, but do not want a fan.
Can someone here educate me on this? - Thanks!
