They literally could not get one to work for me, and they didn't know how to fix it. I ended up canceling the order (I now have the coax going right to the TV). I'm not the only one who has had problems. I won't do a cable box. Sometime this year, Verizon will be bringing FIOS to my area, and *if* they can get a cablecard to work, I'm going to dump Comcast.
