There were some DVD players that didn't have HDCP on the DVI output -- V Inc's Bravo D1 and Bravo D2 and the Momitsu V880 come to mind. As for HDMI, I only recall one player that didn't have HDCP on the outputs (Neonuo?). I believe all of these players are out of production, but you may be able to find them on ebay or in the classified section of some video sites.

I have a Bravo D1 with very few hours on it that is Region free and has Macrovision copy protection disabled, if you're interested.
