I am perhaps paranoid, but I see MS money and methods behind many closed doors, even some posters here in AA.

When people accuse me of being paid by SONY, I assume they are paid by MS.

I assume you saw MS losing bigtime due to illigal business methods at the highest European Court?

MS need to grow, and they have said, that CE is the next place for that expansion. Media center PCs were the first step.

The Japanese are fighting back to keep the CE market. LG and Samsung have a foot in each camp.

So far MS hardware have broken down at lot (X360), but they can learn.

However now standalone Blu Ray players from both SONY and Samsung are at USD 270, so they hit harder.

I actually think most people buy a new player because the old breaks down. So the many brands have the upper hand, when the price is about the same.
