There is a video setup guide included as an extra on the Ratatouille Blu-ray. The movie itself can serve as a demo disc for color and resolution. For real imagery, as opposed to animated, I recommend two other Disney BDs: No Country for Old Men and Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl. Both have remarkable definition, contrast, and black level in the dark scenes.
