My DVD play $h!t the bed again. It seems like I got through one about every 12-18 months. Now, I buy a cheap $60-80 one at BJs. Maybe if I bought a better one it would last longer. On the other hand, if they are going to die every few years, I'm happier to be the cheapest made.
So, anyone have any idea why? The thing just doesn't recognize disks anymore?
Any recommendations for one that's not too much $$$ but will be more reliable? I'm convinced it's not cost effective to go real expensive. If a $150-200 one would really really really be better and more importantly, more reliable, i'd consider it. If not, it's back to BJs for another $75 player.
Oh, I do have a Monster 2000MKii something or other power strip
