Over here, for any screen to be considered Full HD it must have 1920 x 1080 pixels, whereas anything less (usually 1366x768, 1280x720, or 1024x768) is just HD Ready.
Also, 1080p is 'full HD' but 1080i isn't.
When higher resolutions come along no doubt we'll have 'Fuller HD', 'Even Fuller HD' and eventually 'FULL TO THE BRIM, CAN'T GET ANYMORE IN HD'.
