Do you mean that if I PAUSE/STILL an picture from a DVD on from the TV itself then there is a danger to the plasma ?

My Laser pointer specification : Laser Diode , Wavelength 635-680 nm, Maximum Outpur lexx than 3mW , Class 2 Laser product. --What do these all mean if you care to clarify for the benefit of the uninitiated.
