Best Buy "salespersons" (and I use that term very loosely) make the guys at Home Depot look like Supermen. I had occasion to buy a new DSL modem recently and against my better judgement, I hit a nearby BB only because it's close. After wandering the aisles for about 10 minutes I came upon three BB employees in a circle jerk with one customer. After excusing myself for interrupting their high level conference, I asked where the modems were. Two of the salespersons acted like I wasn't there and the third waved her arm and tersely snarled, "They're over there" and went back to her conversation. When I went to pay for the item I waited patiently in line for next register, only to be told "We don't take cash at this register". After that, I just left the modem on the counter and walked out.
