Who gives a damn if House is in BD or DVD anyway? It's not like picture quality matters with stuff like that; it's not like it's El Cid, South Pacific, Lawrence of Arabia, Ben Hur or something.
Of course you should get what you're paying for even though it may be wrongheaded.
