No, THEY ARE NOT GETTING THEM IN LATER. THEY ARE NOT 'NEW'.
Netflix keeps just enough blu-rays around to say the have them and to charge an up-charge.
I now have 25 blu-rays in my Blockbuster queue, old and new, NONE OF WHICH ARE AVAILABLE AT NETFLIX.
If netflix just said, 'hey, we're not into blu-rays, too bad' and then didn't charge extra for them I'd have no problem with them.
But charging extra then having an absolutely pathetic selection, and - here's the killer, going from blu-ray (for example, 'Smallville Season 8' to dvd 'Smallville Season 9') is what really blows.
