Happy Easter!
On the AudioAsylum Trader, there's an Outlaw Audio 970 pre/pro for $175. You cannot beat that for what you want. Below is a link to the specs from Outlaw, but here's some quick info: it has one set of up to 7.1 analog inputs and one set of up to 7.1 analog preamp outputs (you can use less if need be either by direct input/output or by telling the pre/pro your speaker configuration). It doesn't have HDMI inputs, but it does have several DVI inputs (DVI would handle the video -- or you could just go direct HDMI to your display for video because you don't have to route video through a pre/pro or receiver -- and audio would be handled either by optical/coax or analog to the pre/pro). It doesn't digitally handle the new audio codecs for Blu-ray (DTS-HD Master Audio and Dolby TrueHD), but you can get these by either feeding it the multichannel analog outputs from a Blu-ray player that will decode the new codecs internally or you can just use the lossy codecs (DTS and Dolby Digital) associated with the new codecs by going digital (optical or coax) to the pre/pro.
Read the "product info" link below first and, if you like it, the pre/pro is listed in excellent condition and can be seen here.
