No problem with ordinary video coax composite cable for that length - do not waste dollars buying fancy stuff and no fancy connectors are necessary although if I was making it up now I would use gold plated ones & silver solder. I ran those sort of lengths for years without problem and also used a 50 ft of Monster s-video cable - actually still have it. You have reminded me to put it up for auction.

Even with component video, in my experience you do not need to be fussy about cable.

Not sure what you mean by amplifiers - you will not have enough loss in the cable to warrant that. FYI I was feeding video from a standard video recorder with composite cable and from a Theta Data III CD/LD player with the s-video cable.
