A/V Cable

I'm setting up a computer to play video and music to my tv and stereo. The only problem is that I'll have to run ~50 feet of A/V cable in order to get the signal from the PC to my TV. I'm thinking the cable with Audio and Video. I also have the option of running S-Video, with normal audio cables.
Is this going to work, or am I going to have problems with this distance?
Does anybody know of good, reasonably priced cabling, and where I might be able to buy some?
