thanks for the advice.....i really dont have too many options as far as positioning the ctr. speaker. it is a polk cs350, w. four mid woofers. its really a pretty good speaker, but i think it might be a little bit of overkill in my small room. i have stuffed the front ports and it helps a bit. how about more stuffing to tighten it up?
