need help with wega problems

i just recently purchased a kv32fs16 and need some help with a
few problems. it seems to me that on the left side of the screen
that whenever the picture pans there seems to be a wave effect
that occurs which is really annoying to view. the other problem i
have occurs when a white or light screen is present and there
seems to be a red tint to the left and right sides of the screen.
these two things are very annoying ad would like to be able to fix
them considering the investment i made in this television. i
know its not a high end model but i still think i should get a
quality picture. thanks for your help.
ps. does anyone know where to get the service manual for this
model.
