it didnt help and i am in the process of trying to get best buy to give me a new tv. has anyuone had experience trying to get a new one from best buy. any further suggetions with the tv or best buy would be much appreciated. considering i am a struggling college kid and the tv i buy is trash i would love to hear anything positive or negative.
