"Who is Aleksandr Dugin?", you ask? He's the guy whom some in the West call "Putin's Brain", even though he's actually a philosopher and does not meet with Putin very much at all. In any case, the Bandera worshippers in Ukraine decided they wanted to take him out, but, in a typically Ukrainian messed up strike (remember that great counteroffensive last summer?), they planted a car bomb which blew up and killed Dugin's daughter, Darya Dugina, instead. (Of course, the Ukrainian SBU has attempted dozens of assassinations since the intensification of the 2022 Russia/Ukraine military conflict, which began when the Ukrainian coup regime, installed by the US, began its regular attacks in the Donbass against its ethnic Russian population in 2014.)
I had not been aware of what Tucker mentions in the introduction to this 20-minute video, i.e., that Biden has banned all of Dugin's writings from being sold in this country. (As Tucker says, you cannot buy them on Amazon!) Apparently, there are hardly any English translations of Dugin's books anyway.
So here is this short interview, in which Dugin explains how he sees the historical trends in the West (especially the Anglo-Saxon West) culminating in "trans-humanism". I found some of Dugin's remarks very interesting, especially in view of what I'd just written myself a day or two ago: "what we're seeing is the US Empire in decline, thereby adopting ever darker, Soviet-like policies towards its own population as well as towards the rest of the world". Note my choice of the word, "darker" compared to what Dugin says. OTOH, I'm not entirely sure as to what Dugin is getting at sometimes, although I love his references to Hollywood movies such as Terminator or The Matrix.
