lol! So your point is that in an interview with Tucker Carlson that you watched on youtube, Dugin didn't say "Oh, and btw, I hate jews.". So QED? Really? Foundations is essentially his textbook, so you don't take one quotation out of it, and say "voila"! As I said, this is serious stuff requiring thoughtful contemplation. But I'll make an exception for you and give you what you apparently need, the oversimplified Cliff's Notes:

Dugin puts Jews in two baskets, the good Jews and the bad Jews. The good Jews are the ultra-Zionists who believe all Jews belong in Israel. (You see, this view is consistent with his own Ultra-nationalist view of Russia.). Bad Jews are those from the diaspora who have been influenced by the evils of western liberalism (e.g., democracy, market economies, individual rights and freedoms, etc.). These bad Jews are at least partly responsible for much of what has gone wrong in Russia and everywhere else.

There you go. Am surprised this didn't come up in the Tucker Carlson interview.
