Anyone seen this nasty little film? It's based on a true story, and the most frightening thing about it, to me, was that so many people could be so dumb. I don't want to say anything more about it because I think it's best viewed cold, without the impact of it being lessened by knowing what's in store. I'll just say it's a little rough. Directed by the same person who made "Kids" which I haven't seen.
Follow Ups:
Yep, saw it. I thought it was a great film for the type. It reminded me of an essay I read a couple of decades ago about how our culture of television has de-sensitized us to the concept of pain i.e, gunshots don't really hurt, knifings and beatings don't really hurt, war is glory, etc. The attitudes of the kids in this movie brought back that concept to me. Nasty little film is right:-)If you liked it, you'll enjoy "Kids".
