I am a well known champion of that film...gray and fake??!!! Were you asleep? Sounds like you didn't get it at all, much less the subtext.

I don't care what anyone says, LOTR/FOTR is one of the best adaptions of a book I've ever seen, a thrilling piece of filmamaking, and the best fnatasy film ever. Period.

I'm flameproof on this one.
