For me it's "This Sporting Life", "Camelot", "Cromwell", and the "recent", but shamelessly, little known film, "Wrestling Ernest Hemingway"."Wrestling Ernest Hemingway" with Robert Duvall, Shirley McClain, Piper Laurie, and Sandra Bullock, really captures and typifies the essence of his unique non-acting, acting style. Only a few can do this...Bogart was one, Michael Caine, Sean Connery, Robert Shaw are others. The lines, between which, what we percieve their actual Personality to be, and acting, merge into one role.
Only a few actors can do this kind of magic...and he was one of them!
