Tin,My brother in-law (the French one) spends a lot of time for IBM in Japan so I have quite the growing collection of films.
I've seen some of his non-fighting stuff from Japanese television and I really like him.
Battle Royale was totally insane, but a neat film. Battle Royale 2 was not as good.
I have 3 of the original Zatoichi DVDs and I think it took huge balls for him to take on such a sacred role. It's like someone else playing Moses or Don Corleone. He was superb in the new film.
I am going to see it again this week.
