Since tinear mentioned Dr. Stragelove, I have to mention Peter Seller's Being There, which still remains an all time favorite of mine. A bit dated now, but the concept is as relevant as ever.

One of my all time avs as well. I think peter Seller's performance was one of the best of all time in this one.

I think it's one of the cleverest and funniest US films ever, but it seems people either "get it" or they don't
