There must be an awful lot of men fall into this dubious category; as Costner has been around for a while
Consider myself fairly warned against "Upside" but just having Kevin Costner on board should have been warning enough, his most appealing role to date is in the Big Chill as the corpse, where the editor wisely saw fit to leave him on the cutting room floor
He's just passable as an immature cowboy in "Silverado"

I only learned that fact when the movie started... but you know what? As dull as he was, he may in fact have been the bright spot in that dreadful film.
