Agreed. The wife and I saw it a year or two ago. Here's an important incident in modern Africa, in which some say the US had a hand, but it's also a character-driven film. The trials he goes through are very Shakespearean, wouldn't you say?

I'm blanking out on the titles now, but there are two other outstanding modern African films we've seen recently. One is about the Rwandan massacre, and the other is about a woman in a small village battling AIDS. I hope somebody with more brain cells can remember the titles for me.
