Near end of film, Dr. Velaszo exclaims, roughly paraphrased, "We'll
get some poison from it, then we'll have simple protection from them ever again!". Yeah right...bright Doc only needed to real-ize that the scorpions were of the GIANT variety, meaning they could (and did) easily crush humans in their GIANT claws, slam them to the ground, bite them, impale them with their tails, etc.....duh! That stoopid exclamation could have easily been left out. ~AH
