I think that the videos were taken by Majid's son, particularly since he was aware of his father's devastating, life-altering consignment to an orphanage when he could have had a family and good education. This contention is supported by the video filmed of the first visit between Georges and Majid taken from within Majid's apartment. I think the final shot of Majid's son talking to Pierrot suggests that the son intends to continue to insinuate his disruptive influence into George's life. I also think that Pierrot's hostile treatment of his mother after he had been missing overnight may have been based on a video that Majid's son may have shot of his mother and Pierre in the cafe when she was confiding in him about her difficulties with Georges. Majid's son may have shown this video to Pierrot.
