thank you all very much, I will start a trial period with them. I see they have Joint Security Area which I read about here on AA and is the reason I am looking farther than my, otherwise very impressively stocked, (3 story tall!), Video store 7 minutes away.mr grits what do you mean by:
About 4 months ago, return envelopes started having my hometown's address on them (not every one). So, they are scanning returns from major rental cities apparently. When they slow you down, return evelopes start having out of the way towns on them.
Is this a method to slow down returns?
thanks again guys

which is the same distance from here as Dallas. After they settled their so-called "class action suit" (which was no penalty to them at all) they re-wrote there fine print and new members may receive rentals faster for the first few months. I used to be Johnny-on-the-spot on returns so things started slowing down right after the class action suit. I think I read elsewhere their "idea" is for a three-plan to get no more than eleven rentals a month for profitability. I used to get 15 to 17 but am now around 11 to 12. Still, it's a good deal based on selection.
