I recall liking it when it came out, but as I saw it again years ago it did not produce the same grab. But yes, not a bad film at all.
I see it twice but the last time was at least ten years ago, the second viewing was weaker as for you, but still a good film.
Now we would have to see it for a third time...
Kashdan does always " almost " good films, but never finalyse really himself."Grand Canyon " his most Altmannish film is quite under evaluated.
" French Kisses " had also a lot of charms and true to the south of France.
