Concerned society gal Angelina Jolie is shamed by activist London doctor Clive Owen to not only fund refugee efforts in various parts of the world but to show up dressed in fabulous outfits along with the food. She and Owen fall in love although she is married, albeit to a cold heartless man who doesn't share her altruist passion. A bit far fetched and exploitive but enjoyable along the way.
