I didn't say anything about restricting anyone from filming whatever they want. But for me personally, this one hits too close to home for me to watch (fwiw, I knew people who died that day). Oliver Stone's movie depicts some scenes (like people buried in debris) that I don't think I could bring myself to watch. So as much as Mr. Stone has the right to make whatever movie he wants, I have the right to not go see it.

And yes, there are some war movies that I also choose not to see...
