Bruce Willis and Damon Wayans star in this misogynistic thriller. WQillis is a formwer Secret Service agent turned alcoholic chain smoking private investigator. He is asked by his best friend (who BTW is sleeping with Willis' wife) to handle a job prorcting and strippwer (Halle Berry). When she is killed he teams up with her former pro football player boyfriened so find the killer(s) and avange her death. Lots of action and some clever dialog make this fun but the film definitely doesn't care for or about women.

is when the bad guy has Bruce tied up in a chair and is holding a knife blade to his eye, to no obvious effect. He says (paraphrased) "you're such a tough guy, how can I make you scream?" Bruce replies "Play some rap music"
When they are being beaten up and one of the bad guys uses a couple of big words, Wayans says, "We're being beaten up by the guy who invented Scrabble!".
