GREAT battle scenes. Reminscent of Full Metal Jacket, in fact, it looks like it may have been shot in the same dockside warehouse in the Isle of Dogs. Too much handheld camera work for me, it gives me a headache. But the acting was good the supense was terrific. There is one scene where they attempt to escape the farm, Clive, the pregnant woman, and the older woman (from the Granada series Rosemary and Thyme). It is a real nail better, full of twists and turns literally, will they escape?? A white knucker, one of the most suspenseful escape scenes since The Great Escape. Also there is truly awesome stunt work. Check out the motorcyclists who shoot at the car with Clive and Julianna in it.......And the guy holding the gun running after the car when they are escaping the farm house.. Boy, those stunt men deserve a raise!!
Stunt work extraodinaire. But the accents were so thick I coudl not figure out what they were saying half the Thyme.
AND, you get to hear John Lennon sing a song I always hated due to the distortion on his voice. Now you hear him SING.
