the lizard on the wall on, I was hooked.
I also wanted to look back at the male character in a new light vis a vis the revelations at the end.
You were kind of vague but if you appreciated this one, you probably would like "Travellers and Magicians."
Follow Ups:
I can't say I truly appreciated this film. I certainly did not mind watching it, but I am already forgetting it, so... The shots of the lizard were good, but I usually hope for more than just beautiful shots of something, as nice as they can be. The movie lacked tension to me. Or the raw emotion. I did not see the ending as very revelatory either, I thought his occupation was made clear when he received the "present" - without disclosing too much for those who have not seen it. My wife was pretty negative on this film, I am sort of warm.
relationship with her dead sister and her mourning and the protagonist's with his brother.
SPOILER: the house, seeing as it was the ancestral home of the girls, who obviously had fallen on hard times, was a decadent key to the lives it depicted---or so I think.
