There has been no Zodiac killing for how long? No letters no nothing? Dead. They should have done BTK, or made up some evidence he is still alive (he ain't). The zodiac sent mesages saying he had bombs, made of certain bomb making materials in his basement. Allen had those, along with ammo that matched one of the killings. And a zodiac watch he got months before the first shooting. And a book on hunting humans that matched his letters. And ID'd by a victim.
