Well, what effects after all ? Jumping roof-to-roof ? Clint Eastwood did it (or pretended to do). Copter crash ? Shootouts ? Cops morphing into feds ? Watched it a few hundred times before.

Apart from this, a dull, dull, boring to the bone script, a depressing viaual color scheme, a movie without a finale.
