This is one of the greatest documentaries ever made. In the theatres it did not enjoy a wide opening -- three screens (Boston, Chicago and San Francisco)! I wrote it up at length here:

I found myself wishing the guy would hurry up and die. Good documentary, I was left with a lot of questions as to the concerns and motivations of the lead players. The firing of the employees scene was very difficult for me to watch as a business owner, the worst nightmare.
