I think there are two main reasons why this film worked for me. It's short at 84 minutes and because I quit watching SNL years ago, this was the first time I'd ever seen that character. Three main reasons, actually, the third being that I was just in the mood to watch something silly. "The Ladies Man" isn't something that I'm likely to watch again.
