simple movie, with a cast of any less it would be a disaster. However, its still a nice movie. Edward Norton was great. DeNiro was great. Here, he's not the typical Deniro gangster. He's very subtle in this particular role, capturing very well the nuances. You see someone at a juncture having to make an important decision, you see him almost second guessing himself, you see him relieved when its all over. A great portrayal of the character without adding his own color. Too bad its not written for Brando. However its interesting to note that some 30 thirty years ago, Brando portrayed superbly a powerful old man who is probably older than the character in this movie; Brando's today reminds how great he was.
