Quite hard to find in any format, you do see it as a VHS on Ebay sometimes. http://www.gemm.com has a lot of videos/LD's now.
When searching: spelling is "Allegro Non Troppo"
A Classic, but obscure enough that it's inlikely to appear on DVD IMHO
