To prevent screen burn-in, is it better to have black or grey side bars when displaying standard 4:3 broadcasts in wide screen format?I know stretching 4:3 broadcasts in wide screen format is the best way to avoid burn-in, but I disklike the distorted image (in Full or Zoom). So, as a second choice, is black or grey better for the side bars?

If you can't stand stretching the picture out to wide, grey is definitely better than black for avoiding irregular burn-in on Plasma or CRT displays.
I just got a Panasonic 42" Plasma this week and so far I like Zoom the best, but for reference does anyone know how to set the side bars to grey on this unit? With zoom, my doesnt' stretch at all, simply cuts off a portion of the top and bottom which is really only noticeable when subtitles or text is out of range.
