another way is to get a good change over switch or if your handy enough make one up, DIY. I had a similar setup at one stage and with a bit of adjustment (such as lwang suggested, with setting up for music and adjusting the processor to add a few dBs for the 0.1 duties). The only pain is to switch over (do this before turning equipment is on, especially the amps).
