There is some useful reading material, (downloadable Adobe files), on www.crutchfield.com about HT wiring.Like you, I installed seperate 120AC breakers and feeds to the audio and video equipment. It is a good idea to run a minimum of three dedicated circuits. One for the video, (big screen, projector, etc), a second for the audio gear, (receiver, amp, etc), and third for the subwoofer. This way you will minimize any chance of ground loops between all the gear causing picture issue, or ground hum in a subwoofer.
