I bought the Panasonic TUHDS20 with DirecTV and over air. I haven't had time to install the new dish required (oval) but I have watched over air extensively and man it's great!

The absolute best is the PBSnet. Really high quality better than any DVD- but no programming per se, just demos- but they are watchable. The networks offer some programming- in order of hours: CBS, ABC, FOX and UPN and I think NBC dead last with maybe two shows.

Watching CSI is terrific. The panoramic views of Vegas at the opening are something to behold.

As far as the format changing, I have heard but am not up to date.
