I'd pass, though the HK is more powerful, use an external amp for the M-L's at least the mains and center... By the way the HK AVR-520 has a great feature - besides preouts for each channel(5), it has power amp in's for all channels, so you can drive the rear L-R in a 7.1 setup from the "front L&R" power amp channels of the receiver when using an external amp for the mains.One drawback of the AVR-520 is that you cannot adjust the delays for sides or center channel, in any mode other Dolby pro or Dolby Digital. Its ashame 'cus their 7.1 modes sound real good, but you have to place your speakers in the right places...
