I just traded in my Sony STR-DA3ES for a Marantz SR7200! Not that I wasn't pleased with the Sony, it just didn't "WOW" me. I have the Marantz on order and won't see it for a week. I thought I'd ask the board their thoughts on this subject. Did I just screw up, or what? I was talked into the Marantz by a friend who loves their quality... but I have no personal experience with them. The specs seemed to be the same. I'd appreciate some feedback on this decision.

I have an 8000 and love it. I use my DVD to decode and the amp for the power. Talk about clean. No hiss at all at any volume. Good luck.
