I tried them with 3 different amps (just for grins).
Muse 150 Monoblocks with Muse front end (Model 8 & 296)- all music
Sound- very impressive. listened for hours in awe
Denon 5700 AV Receiver- Dolby Digital Surround
Sound- again, very impressive, really not wanting in any regard
Harmon Karden AVR 520 Surround Receiver
Sound- A bit better than the 5700!

I did not buy their sub since I already have a ACI Titan. I basically bought 2 pairs plus a single center. They were sold to friend who wanted to start a home theater system since I already had sveral full range pairs of speakers.

The bottom line? I highly recommend them. Very smooth and detailed and I don't think you can go wrong for the price.

Does anyone have a "discount code" for checking out? :) Their checkout process as a discount code box...anyone know of any discounts for these speakers?

  I don't have the code with me, but if you go to a recent issue of Sound & Vision magazine, Aperion Audio has and advertisement in there and gives the code in their ad. Mike H.
